SoulShine is always active and busy playing, learning, planting and creating. We cherish these moments and thank each and every one of our families for choosing SoulShine to be a part of their family.
Here are a few activities SoulShiners are partaking in on a regular basis.
SoulShine LOVES Bessie Branham Park! It is hands down one of the best playgrounds in Little Five. We spend a lot of our time monkeying around on the swings and play sets. You will always find a rousing game of kickball taking place as well as kart wheels in the grass. It is one block from our building so on beautiful days we walk! A huge thank you to the BBP Recreation Center for allowing our little ones to use the pristine bathrooms and water fountains! We have to pull the kids away from this awesome park at the end of each day!
We also have the privilege to have the Kirkwood Public Library two doors down from SoulShine. How great is it to have all the knowledge of our public library at the tip of our fingers! All the librarians have been super welcoming to us when we come visit for story time or use the meeting room. Hip Hip Hooray for books!
And, right on site we have our very own organic farm! The children are active in planting and caring for the crops. We thank Mr. Bremen for visiting SoulShine to teach valuable farming skills regularly.
To get from here to there, our children ride in style in the SoulShine bus!
